Returns and Exchanges

Cancellation of orders due to non-payment:

If you place an order and choose bank transfer/account deposit as a payment method, you are obliged to make the payment and inform MJC WORLD WIDE LINK, SL within a maximum period of 3 business days, since all orders pending Payment at the end of the period of 3 business days will be automatically canceled.

Item change:

You have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order in its original packaging and as long as it has not been used, to request an exchange. Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has ended, we will not accept changes of any kind.

It is only possible to exchange an item for another of equal or higher value.

Personalized and/or engraved items cannot be returned.

To proceed with the change you will have to contact us by e-mail (info@gafasveniceeyewear.com) or through our "Contact " form providing the order number and product data . We will respond via another email specifying the instructions for returning the product you want to exchange.

Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer. Changes will not be accepted for postage due.

If the exchange is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose exchange is intended has been used or manipulated, these items will be sent to the customer and they will not be exchanged. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

The expenses and risks linked to the return of the merchandise will be borne by the sender who must send them with the necessary guarantees so that they arrive at the supplier in perfect condition.

We will not accept any changes if we have not previously received notification.

Return of items:

As established by current applicable legislation, you have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when you receive the products to withdraw from the purchase, that is, to exercise your right to a refund. Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has ended, we will not accept returns of any kind.

Of course, you can also return an item to us if there has been an error on our part, such as we made a mistake by sending you an item instead of another or we sent you a defective item. In this case, you must contact MJC WORLD WIDE LINK, SL within 2 days following receipt of the merchandise by e-mail ( info@gafasveniceeyewear.com ) or through our " Contact " form providing the invoice number and product data, a photograph and description of the damage suffered by the item.

In the event that you want to return a product, whether you exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase or if it is due to our error, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must always notify us by e-mail ( info@gafasveniceeyewear.com ) or through our " Contact " form before initiating the return, indicating the invoice number, the product or products to be returned and the reason for the return. We will respond via another email specifying the instructions for returning the product. We will not accept any exchange or return if we have not previously received notification.
  • The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain the original instructions, documentation, accessories, packaging and labeling.
  • You must include a copy of the purchase invoice inside the package, marking the items returned and the reason for the return.
  • The return to MJC WORLD WIDE LINK, SL must be made in a box of a similar format to the original, or in any case, one that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
  • The expenses and risks linked to the return of the merchandise will be borne by the sender who must send them with the necessary guarantees so that they arrive at the supplier in perfect condition.
  • In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended has been used or manipulated, these items will be sent to the customer and the amount will not be refunded. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the reason for the return is not attributable to MJC WORLD WIDE LINK, SL , you must assume the return shipping costs, and where applicable, the shipping costs of the substitute product. Exchanges or returns with postage due will not be accepted.

Once we have the returned items in our possession and verify that the requirements mentioned in this section have been met, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on one of the following options:

  • Replace the product with another.
  • Refund your amount, deducting the initial shipping costs. The refund will be made preferably through the payment method you used during the purchase.
  • Make you a discount coupon for the amount, deducting the initial shipping costs so that you can use it on future purchases. We will send the discount coupon to your email and it will also appear in the "My account" section.

If the reason for the return is attributable to MJC WORLD WIDE LINK, SL , we will examine the returned product and inform you by email as soon as possible if it should be replaced. The replacement of the merchandise will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days following the date on which we send an email confirming that the defective item is being replaced. MJC WORLD WIDE LINK, SL undertakes to collect the defective item, assuming the costs of returning the product and managing the collection, informing you in advance of the collection date by the courier company. Once examined and confirmed, we will return another item in perfect condition to the customer. We will also assume, if applicable, the shipping costs of the substitute product. The refund will only be made when we cannot replace the item with another in perfect condition. Exchanges or returns with postage due will not be accepted.

Once we have the returned items in our possession, and we verify that the requirements mentioned in this section have been met, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on one of the following options:

  • Replace the product with another one that is the same or similar.
  • In the event that the replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount minus the initial shipping costs. The refund will be made, preferably, through the payment method you used during the purchase.
  •  If the replacement is not possible, give you a discount coupon for the amount deducting the initial shipping costs so that you can use it on future purchases. We will send the discount coupon to your email and it will also appear in the " My account" section.

In the event that the replacement is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose replacement is intended has been used or manipulated, this product will be sent to the customer and its replacement will not be carried out. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
